When will my order ship?

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Once shipped, please allow 12–21 business days for delivery.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide 🌍

Why is shipping taking longer than expected?

Shipping times can vary depending on your location, customs, or carrier delays. We appreciate your patience—good things take time.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package.

I entered the wrong shipping address, what do I do?

Contact us ASAP after placing your order. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can update it. Once it’s shipped, we can’t make changes.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

We offer a 30-day refund policy from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible for a refund:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of your refund status. Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, your order is already in process.

Will I have to pay customs fees?

Depending on your country, you may be responsible for customs duties or import taxes.
